That’s how Conscience Bay started—a simple idea of having a company that helps those with one or two rental properties to those who own several. Our goal when we created our company remains the same today: to give owners one trusted partner who will deal with everything for them.
What We Offer
- All maintenance, from lawn care to home repairs to carpet cleaning, plumbing and more.
- Full-time maintenance staff who will always be wearing a company-branded shirt, giving renters and owners peace of mind about who is entering their property.
- All renter communications are handled for you.
What We Charge
- $350 one-time setup fee for each rental property.
- 10% monthly fee per rental.
- $62 per hour / per maintenance worker plus the cost of materials for any needed maintenance or repairs.
