Lease Terms: 12 month lease. Renter is responsible for utilities. Washer and dryer are available but not included. No smoking, no trampolines. Pet fee is $500 for one pet and $700 for two pets. Security deposit of 1x rent is required to sign lease and first month’s rent is required to move in. We use online applications through DoorLoop and will run a background check.
