It features central heating and air, hardwood floors, hard surface counter tops, extremely large parking area, spacious back yard, and a private side entrance.

Lease Terms: 12 month lease. Renter is responsible for utilities except water. Washer and dryer are available but not included. No smoking, no trampolines. Pet fee is $500 for one pet and $700 for two pets. Security deposit of 1x rent is required to sign lease and first month’s rent is required to move in. We use online applications through DoorLoop and will run a background check. Application fee is $60 per applicant. Each prospective resident 18 or older must submit an application. Failure to meet one of the requirements does not necessarily disqualify you but may require cosigner or last month’s rent to be put down in addition to first.
