12 month lease. Renter is responsible for utilities. Washer and dryer are available but not included. No smoking, no trampolines. Pet fee is $500 for one pet and $700 for two pets. Security deposit of 1x rent is required to sign lease and first month’s rent is required to move in. We use online applications through DoorLoop and will run a background check. Application fee is $60 per applicant. Each prospective resident 18 or older must submit an application. Failure to meet one of the requirements does not necessarily disqualify you but may require cosigner or last month’s rent to be put down in addition to first. Requirements: 1.Minimum proof of income required is 3x rent, but may be more in specific situations. Must have at least 3 consecutive months of documents. 2. Average credit score of all applicants must be at least 600. 3. No evictions in the past 5 years or open collections accounts. 4.
