This 2 bed/1 bath house sits in the heart of downtown Cartersville which makes walking and biking to stores and restaurants a breeze! 12 month lease. Renter is responsible for utilities. Washer and dryer are available but not included. No smoking, no trampolines. Security deposit is required to sign lease and first month’s rent is required to move in. Proof of income required is 3x rent. We use online applications through DoorLoop. Application fee is $80 and will run a background check. Depending on results of background check, may require last month’s rent as well.
