Lease Terms: 12 month lease. Renter is responsible for utilities. Washer and dryer are included. No smoking, no trampolines. Pet fee is $1000 for one pet and $1400 for two pets. Security deposit of 1x rent is required to sign lease and first month’s rent is required to move in. We use online applications through DoorLoop and will run a background check. Application fee is $60 per applicant. Each prospective resident 18 or older must submit an application.
